Welcome to APHP Food Safety Management System Improvement Project!

As per the Ajman Local Order for public health No. 01/2015, food safety Federal Law No.10 / 2015, and Local Orders No. 4/2010 & 1/2015; the implementation of APHP is mandatory for all food and health related businesses in Ajman Emirate.

Phases of Food Safety Management System Improvement Project

  • Phase 1: Food Safety in charge shall attend Advanced Food Safety Level 4 Training.
  • Phase 2: Food Safety in charge shall improve the "Pre-requisite requirements" and "Pre-requisite SOPs" onsite.
  • Phase 3: Food Safety in charge shall attend the HACCP Level 5 for Professionals Training.
  • Phase 4: Food Safety in charge shall create a plan (with a timeline) for HACCP improvement and start the HACCP improvement process.
  • Phase 5: Ajman Municipality Auditors/TSI auditors will audit the HACCP system (Documentation and implementation).

2. Authorization letter sign and stamped by the company letter head (click here for sample)

3. Qualification certificate (e.g. Degree/Diploma/ Food Safety)

4. Experience letter (e.g. experience certificate or CV)

5. Labor card/contract from MOL
